Paul Haight-Moulins, our industrial specialist, facilitates the sale and leasing of such diverse properties as manufacturing installations, office buildings and development/conversion sites. Among his most recent transactions are a 40,470SF warehouse lease in Port Chester, NY, and a 30,000SF manufacturing facility acquisition in Bridgeport, CT.

Paul is passionate about helping people and building long-lasting relationships. He brings finely tuned experience and its natural bi-product, confidence, to every deal. In leasing, he provides creative strategies to reach the most favorable transaction. When representing a seller, his belief is that, “Most agents just put your building on the market; I create the market for your building.”

Born and raised in Canada, Paul has lived and worked in the Westchester/Fairfield area for seven years. Before becoming a real estate professional, he was an air ambulance pilot and commercial airline pilot. He is an avid supporter of several local charities, including My Sister’s Place, the Maria Ferrari’s Children’s Hospital and Westhab, Inc.

David Richman is an experienced, knowledgeable resource in the office, retail and industrial sectors, with a proven track record. Among receiving several awards for his extensive leasing activity, David won the Mack-Cali Broker of the Year award for the most transactions by an individual. David has successfully negotiated close to 200 leasing transactions during his seven years in the business. Many of these transactions had David representing existing tenants on lease renewals, as well as on relocations. David was also named one of Westchester County’s 40 under 40 RISING STARS in 2009.

He is an active member of the White Plains Rotary and Rotary Interact program – which mentors students from the White Plains High School, and is involved with the Business Council of Westchester and the Executive Forum.

Peter Robinson has served the Westchester County market as a highly respected commercial real estate representative for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the Rakow Group, he was president of WestConn Commercial Realty, Inc.

Pete helps companies of all sizes analyze their space needs. His insightful guidance allows clients to determine whether it would be more beneficial to relocate or renew their existing lease.

Peter is known as a dedicated tenant ally. He strongly believes a deal does not end once the lease is signed. “Many issues may arise during a tenant’s lease that their broker can help resolve.” Peter also specializes in optimizing commercial building sales for both buyers and sellers.

In 2011, Bruce has been responsible for finding buyers for over $10 million dollars in real estate properties.

As a business leader, Bruce has developed loyal and trusting relationships with a client base in customer-driven and competitive fields. He has extensive contacts in the automotive, construction, and real estate industries.

Prior to joining the RakowGroup, Bruce owned and operated an automobile dealership in Bedford Hills, NY. With an established and loyal customer base developed through satisfied referrals and networking, he built his business up to $85,000,000 in annual sales.

Bruce served as a mentor to all employees, creating a self-motivated collaborative environment. He excelled in deal closing, purchasing, inventory management, marketing and new business development, and successfully cut costs in recessionary times without sacrificing quality of service.

Bruce started his career in a family-owned HVAC business in the tri-state area where he built associations with prominent apartment and office building owners, builders and contractors.

Bruce is married and has one grown daughter who lives and works in NYC, and a son studying business in college. He grew up in Scarsdale and has lived in the Bedford/Armonk area for almost 25 years. He has sponsored and coached youth baseball and basketball in Armonk for 10 years. Bruce supports many local charities, including Make a Wish, Gilda’s Club and JCC/Rosenthal Y.
