Craig Ruoff has more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience in the Westchester and Fairfield County markets and around the country. Over his career, Craig has become one of the area's most experienced tenant advocates.

Craig is widely known for his ability to devise creative solutions on behalf of his clients. His vast experience, expertise, loyalty and tenacity have made him a successful deal maker and exceptional broker.

Craig's personal credo is "I look to the decade -- not just the deal". Craig works with his clients to protect their long-term interests, not just the deal at hand. This philosophy and Craig's dedication to client relations and service have enabled him to serve his clients throughout the course of multiple market cycles as well as multiple relocations and renewals.

Craig has been recognized as one of Westchester’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars by the Business Council of Westchester.  He has been written up in The New York Real Estate Journal and the Westchester Business Journal.

Craig is committed to giving back to the community.  He helps run the Bresnan Bike Tour, a 200-mile bike ride from Westchester to Vermont that has raised approximately $4 million dollars for the Special Olympics and Westchester ARC.  Craig also serves on the Board of Directors for the Child Care Council of Westchester and on the Steering committee for the Westchester Business Council’s Rising Stars.
