Paul Haight-Moulins, our industrial specialist, facilitates the sale and leasing of such diverse properties as manufacturing installations, office buildings and development/conversion sites. Among his most recent transactions are a 40,470SF warehouse lease in Port Chester, NY, and a 30,000SF manufacturing facility acquisition in Bridgeport, CT.
Paul is passionate about helping people and building long-lasting relationships. He brings finely tuned experience and its natural bi-product, confidence, to every deal. In leasing, he provides creative strategies to reach the most favorable transaction. David Richman is an experienced, knowledgeable resource in the office, retail and industrial sectors, with a proven track record. Among receiving several awards for his extensive leasing activity, David won the Mack-Cali Broker of the Year award for the most transactions by an individual. David has successfully negotiated close to 200 leasing transactions during his seven years in the business. Many of these transactions had David representing existing tenants on lease renewals, as well as on relocations. David was also named one of Westchester Countyีs 40 under 40 RISING STARS in 2009.

Peter Robinson has served the Westchester County market as a highly respected commercial real estate representative for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the Rakow Group, he was president of WestConn Commercial Realty, Inc.
Pete helps companies of all sizes analyze their space needs. His insightful guidance allows clients to determine whether it would be more beneficial to relocate or renew their existing lease.
Peter is known as a dedicated tenant ally. He strongly believes a deal does not end once the lease is signed. “Many issues may arise during a tenant’s lease that their broker can help resolve.” Peter also specializes in optimizing commercial building sales for both buyers and sellers.

Laurence London

Laurence London has been practicing full service commercial real estate brokerage for the last decade. He has focused on Tenant and Landlord Representation throughout the Tri-State Area.
Having started out his career at the Stamford, CT office of a national real estate brokerage, he quickly learned the Westchester and Fairfield Counties office marketplace. After working with large corporate clients, Laurence shifted his focus to local, privately-held companies. At the same time, he became entrenched in the medical, retail and industrial fields.
Laurence has gained a reputation for achieving aggressive economics and flexible lease terms on behalf of his clients.
