Paul Haight-Moulins, our industrial specialist, has facilitated the sale and leasing of such diverse properties as office buildings and development/conversion sites. Among his most recent transactions are a 40,470SF warehouse lease in Port Chester, NY, and a 30,000SF manufacturing facility acquisition in Bridgeport, CT.

Paul is passionate about helping people and in building long-lasting relationships. He brings finely tuned experience and its natural bi-product, confidence, to every deal. In leasing, he provides creative strategies to reach a favorable transaction. When representing a seller, his belief is that, “Most agents just put your building on the market; I create the market for your building.”

Born and raised in Canada, Paul has lived and worked in the Westchester/Fairfield market for five years. Before becoming a real estate professional, he was an air ambulance pilot and commercial airline pilot. He is also a foster parent and an avid supporter of several local charities, including My Sister's Place and the Maria Ferrari's Children's Hospital.


David Richman

David Richman is an experienced, knowledgeable resource in the retail, industrial and office sectors, with a proven track record.  Among receiving several awards for his extensive leasing activity, David won the Mack-Cali Broker of the Year award for the most transactions by an individual.  David has successfully negotiated well over 100 leasing transactions during his first five years in the business.

Peter Robinson

Peter Robinson has been a highly respected commercial real estate broker in the Westchester County market for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the Rakow Group, he was president of WestConn Commercial Realty, Inc.

Peter has helped companies of all sizes analyze their space needs, providing insightful guidance on whether it would be more beneficial for a client to relocate or to renew their existing lease.

Peter has earned a reputation as a dedicated tenant ally. He strongly believes a deal does not end once the lease is signed. “Many issues may arise during a tenant’s lease that their broker can help resolve.” Peter has also been the broker in numerous commercial building sales representing both sellers and purchasers.
